I’m reading that omega-3 is amazing for the body! But i’m confused because some say you should take omega-3 softgel with high potency vitamins in the morning, then Im reading that fish oil (which is also omega-3) is required for good health. So now im confused, do i take fish oil omega-3 fatty acids softgel or liquid, or do I take omega-3 fatty acids tablet/soft gel or do i take them both ?

Tests on commercially available fish oil show low contamination due to the source of the oil, fish low on the food chain. The process for removing the oil also purifies it. Many fish oil supplements, like the Zone, or Dr. Cooper’s are very safe to take, even in large amounts. Soy and corn oil are very pro-inflammatory, and likely are the causes of many diseases. Olive oil is monosaturated and has very little Omega 3s or 6s.

Is it true that Flaxseed oil is better for you than Fish Oil?

NO. Flax seed oil contains short chained Omega 3 only. Conversion to long chain is only 5%. It is also extremely difficult to handle flax oil as it easily goes rancid, tasting like linseed oil.

Wow why do you have so many thumbs downs for this. You’re only giving out information, if someone disagrees with you they should say why.
