i did this exercise, i dont have a six pack but i can do it fine, doesn’t bother me one bit but i dont have a six pack. ive heard alot of things about diet, mayb i need to start eating proper heatly. any1 no what is good to eat, for breakfast lunch and evening? apples for snacks?

III I had terrible pain at the back of my neck and shoulders. Are you dure these excercises are proper ones? I could hardy lift my head of the floor due to the awful pain.

@ZahaRaSun im in pretty good shape. my belly doesnt hang out at all. i dont have ” love abs, or love handles” im skinny……but nothing shows, do i need 2 wait and maybe they’ll develop later???

@Niravj12yeahhh I dont know your body shape or how fit you look, but it may bc of eating unhealthy food. Try to change ur eating habits and also drink lots of water cause it helps ur body to carry out all those bad staff. If your eating habits are fine then maybe its about ur love abs…if u have them.? In that case check out special videos for love abs. Dont thanke anything personaly, just trying to help, Hope u’ll reach ur destination

ok, so i did this exercise…. after a few weeks, i developed a 2 pack ( barely visible ).
after a few more weeks, my 2 pack got rock hard. only my 2 pack is developing…why arnt my 4 and 6 pack visible yet?

@jsolomon008 if the pain is in your neck it’s probably either because your neck isn’t used to the strain, or you’re pulling on it. When you’re doing the exercises where you have your hands behind your head, try to push your back into the ground and look straight up at the ceiling. As for the pain in your stomach, your stomach is where your ab muscles are and you’re working them. The pain is a GOOD thing. Like PhatLewtznU said, pain is weakness leaving the body! :D

are you supposed to set your feet down at 4 time abs? starting at 3:05? doesnt look like it

this doesnt make u lose fat… isolation muscle workout doesnt help u lose fat

@kirstygxo completly normal hah :) when i started damn, my neck just hurted like hell, because its muscles are not used to that kind of exercise but then after the 3rd day it’ll get better and by the day 4 u just dont feel it anymore :D

Is it normal for the front of your neck to ache
And if I done this once a day with some cardio (I eat healthily anyway) would I get a flat stomach by the end of May? I’m average atm, not skinny yet xD

Try doing them seperate first
Do the the leg thing then when ur comfortable add the crunch
