just a suggestion, paintball and airsoft are both very good activities people should try out. my friend’s friend lost tons of weight from playing. they’re fun ways to lose the weight, since they are a big workout. especially airsoft, thick camouflage with gear on a hot day, yeah you’re definitely going to pour.
