This blog will attempt to help you navigate the often confusing world of diets and “lose weight programs” and systems. The focus will be on safe, healthy and long term solutions to losing weight.

As there is so much information on this subject, much of it contradictory, and new research comes out all the time, I cannot promise to always be consistent. In other words, what is written up in one post or video might sometimes contradict what is in another. Another factor is that the same system is not best for everyone.

I will, however, try to present a coherent picture and help to guide you to finding natural effective ways to lose weight.
