The “fat” in food doesn’t make you fat or gain weight. Excess calorie intake makes you gain weight. If you want to gain weight, just increase your calorie intake. Alcohol has a high calorie count.
Why do you want to gain weight through eating? 6′0″ and 155 lbs. is a normal weight. If you want to gain body mass, start lifting weights.
Olive oil, canola oil, nuts, fish oil, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, olives, avacados
Avacados have lots of “good fats” as well
Peanuts and Peanut butter. That’s fattening and really good for you. I heard one of the most healthy things to eat is 9 grain bread with peanut butter on it.
Cheese isn’t bad for you.. and it really fattening as well.
Extra virgin olive oil (don’t overdo it as it’s only an ok fat ), seeds, canola oil , fish, some nuts ( peanuts in moderation ). Peanuts have been known to be good for you in moderation but as with everything eat too much and the opposite is true. Canola oil has omega 3 which is very good for you as well. Make sure you exercise even if you’re not fat it is important to exercise.
Healthy fats are found in extra virgin olive oil, nuts, seeds, canola oil, fish, lean meats and much more.
