		<description>Extra virgin olive oil (don&#039;t overdo it as it&#039;s only an ok fat ),  seeds, canola oil , fish, some nuts ( peanuts in moderation ). Peanuts have been known to be good for you in moderation but as with everything eat too much and the opposite is true. Canola oil has omega 3 which is very good for you as well. Make sure you exercise even if you&#039;re not fat it is important to exercise.</description>

		<description>Peanuts and Peanut butter. That&#039;s fattening and really good for you. I heard one of the most healthy things to eat is 9 grain bread with peanut butter on it. 
Cheese isn&#039;t bad for you.. and it really fattening as well.</description>
