If I want to make sure I get enough fat in my diet WITHOUT eating stuff out of a sack or box like chips, how can eat natural foods like Avocado and a limited amount of butter knowing I am getting the right amount of fat that is the healthy kind? Also what kind of fats do you need to live and how much? Can someone please give me details on all this?

Monounsaturated Fats are the best. These are found in nuts and avocados. Polyunsaturated Fats are considered “good”. These are found in most salad dressings. Saturated and trans fats are the bad ones, these are what are found in fast foods and packages foods. Good luck.
