bowlllss and bowls (like 6 filled up) of the cereals are kashi heart 2 heart with blueberries and cheerios with soymilk——CARBS! looowwww fat.
or tonns of peanuts like a jar of them–healthy fats and almost carb free—looowwww carb food.
i know binges are bad
but can u tell me which one is worse ? ? ? ?? ?? ? ?? ? ? ??? ? ?

well peanuts are peanuts and natural food not altered (unless your talking salted and seasoned etc then the salt is a bit of an issue as well)
cereals are usually quite deceptive having all those hidden sugars and that and not always food in their natural state
however do you mean bad for you as in putting on weight or general health
i would prefer to advocate a healthy balanced diet but personally i would say the nuts
